What is Reiki?

As a Holistic Nurse and Reiki Master Teacher, I embody holistic healing for my clients, focusing on your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.

I utilize reiki, which is a Japanese healing technique that works by improving the flow and balance of energy in your body. This promotes relaxation and stress reduction, and aligns your body into the optimal state for healing. Reiki helps to support your overall well-being and immune system.

Reiki is also highly spiritual and allows you to tap into your intuition- your inner knowing- while also accessing higher realms to receive wisdom.

During your session, I often receive intuitive messages and sense energy patterns while tapping into your chakras. During our session, we will discuss any messages that you and I receive.
